When our humble Chicagoland business got the call from the reigning NFL Champions to spruce up Arrowhead Stadium’s menu boards, we were more than ecstatic to be welcomed into the halls of greatness. Then Kansas City told us the size of the job, and we knew we would be tested to rise to that same level. We arrived to Arrowhead with only a 5-man-team and 130+ Ping Screens to install in a weeks time. No small task, but we got it done, all while having fun in Kansas City. With Arrowhead Stadium being one of the few facilities to allow fans during this Social-Distancing period, we are honored to know we played a part in making someone’s Sunday more enjoyable.
At Nationwide Arena in Columbus Ohio, QCAV installed 95 Digital Menu Boards for the Columbus Blue Jackets and Delaware North Hospitality Company. The project had a tight window as the hockey team was on the road for one week. QCAV installers & programmers started on a Sunday and finished on a Friday before the next home game was played.
In the home of the Detroit Tigers, Quality Connections installed over 250 Digital Menu Boards and Screens throughout the Stadium. All 44 Concession stands and the Big Cat Court received new Digital Menu boards. We also installed a massive 165” Video Wall at the Tiger Town Tap, on the main Concourse, which was THE focal point of the entire face lift that the stadium received just before the opening of the 2016 baseball season. The multi-million dollar project was managed by Shawmut Design and Construction, one of the largest construction companies in the county. Quality Connections received much praise and glowing reviews about how impressive we were to work with, by Shawmut and more importantly the Detroit Tigers Organization and Delaware North. We completed the entire installation in just five weeks and were thrown a very tight timeline that lead us to delivery of the system just two days before Opening Day at Comerica Ballpark.
Quality Connections Audio Visual Design installed all the digital signage in all 42 Portillo’s locations around the midwest.
PingHD chose QCAV to work with Van Andel Arena’s management group ASM Global to install 28 screens in various sizes to advertise upcoming events and Griffins Game Schedules. Using all Samsung Commercial Displays, the Installation was completed in a single day to squeeze in the project between a Griffin’s Hockey game and Disney On Ice Events.
Allstate Arena in Rosemont Illinois is home to the Chicago Wolves and is also a major music venue. We have installed 32 Samsung Smart Signages Digital Menu Screens in 16 of their Concession areas in both the Main Concourse and Upper Concourses with more screens to come in the future. PingHD contracted QCAV for our professional installation services and integrated their cloud based content management software.
We installed and networked over 110 digtal menu screens throughout the ball park in all of their food and alcohol vendor booths. We achieved this project by partnering with PING HD, a leader in DMB innovations, PING HD programmed and maintains all of the White Sox’s content on all of their screens through cloud based management software. Every screen was ready to go for Opening day of the 2015 Baseball season without a hitch. Throughout their 1 year maintenance agreement, we made exactly ZERO service calls, our installation was done with perfection!
Buffalo, New York – Home of the Buffalo Sabres. This was a great project for many reasons, QCAV had never traveled this far for a job to date and mainly because the headquarters of Delaware North happens to be right here in Buffalo. Delaware North had contracted PingHD and QCAV for this project. Needless to say, the project went off without a hitch, we mounted over 50 Samsung digital menu boards in all 19 of the arena’s concession stands on the main and upper concourses faster than expected and underbudget. Working with the staff at Keybank Center was really what pulled this entire job together, thanks Jeff and Jeff!
We installed 20 Samsung Digital Menu Boards, 10 each at their highest grossing vendor stations as a test stand. We again partnered with PING HD for this unique opportunity, we expect to return to do the rest of the stadium soon!
At Indiana University, QCAV worked with the Technology Services Department to incorporate over 150 Screens for Digital Menu Boards, Ticket Box Information and Wayfinding driven by PingHD software. Then entire installation took only five working days with just two crews from QCAV. We also hung and connected an additional 12 screens in the Henke Spirit of ‘76 Club. This is the third BIG-10 school we have worked with including projects at Northwestern University’s building at the Kellogg School of Management and University of Illinois’ Assembly Hall.
